The Maison was founded in 1898 by Antoine Aurél, a setter from Lyon who believed jewelry should outlive the hands that made it. More than a century later, the seventh generation of the family still presides over every gesture of the atelier.
We remain a family house. Our pieces are made in our own workshops, by hands we know by name. Our stones are sourced from partners we have visited, photographed and trusted, sometimes for three generations.
Every diamond is GIA-certified. Every coloured stone is traced to its origin mine, with a written guarantee of ethical sourcing.
Our jewelers train for a minimum of ten years in the atelier before signing a piece. Most have been with us for thirty.
Each piece is guaranteed for life — repairs, polishing, re-setting, certification. The Maison answers, always.
"Every Maison Aurél piece begins as a story, and ends as an heirloom."
